Headliner creased- reuse or replace?

Right across the back of the sunroof. Should I get a used one without a crease and refinish that? I'm thinking the crease may loosen up the reinstalled fabric on installation if I just reuse it.

I doubt it'll really be much of an issue with fabric on it, but it's your call really.
