Dash light gauge colors?

can you change the basic white color on the gauges to blue or red on the MKVI? i saw a video of a MKV which had blue numbers on the speedo and red in the center area, but the MKVI is all white, is that all we have?

You'd have to open the cluster and swap the LEDs on the board itself.
