FYI. I was able to install draw tite hidden hitch with my SPM street cat back exhaust last week. I recommend removing the last section of the SPM exhaust to install the hitch first. You do have to drill a hole through the heat shield to install one of the bolts for the hitch on the driver side.
The one negative is that my exhaust (the bend on the passenger side before the exhaust tip is pressed right against my hitch. I've driven it for about a week and I've heard no rattling. Even over speed bumps, high speeds, pot holes, I've heard no rattling. My exhaust actually sits better now with the hitch on than it did before.
