If the speed 3 doesn't have a turbo upgrade it shouldn't win at anytime. I've had 2 (2009, 2010). They are potent cars, but fall flat on their face by 5500 rpm. From 40-120 was the best range that I felt. Looking forward to the next speed 3 though!
