Need help locating shop for clutch installation

So I've been driving in stock mode on the stock clutch after it started slipping 5k into stage 2. I've already decided and will be ordering the southbend stage 2 daily before APR's sale ends on Jan 4th (free shipping).

I've called around for some quotes on labor and I'm getting some very high prices (compared to prices I've seen in similar threads on the forum)

034Motorsports = $1000
Precision Motorworks = $1280
Sunnyvale dealer = $1300 (possibly $200 off with 15% coupon)

I'm obviously from the south bay area, anyone with knowledge on where else would do a secure/dependable clutch job for a better price than $1000?

I am thinking of getting it done as well. But seems like somewhere between $800-1200 is normal price for labor.

I've seen figures in the 400-800 in other posts regarding labor for clutch install, seems like a really large discrepancy from California prices.

I'm not even bound to just the bay area if it will save me a few hundred dollars haha, I wouldn't mind going for a drive to socal.
