Stage 2 engine problem . HELP

This just started happening . If I accelerate slow/ normal, my car is fine with all rpms . Under heaven acceleration tho , my car studders and shakes a bit and does not accelerate. It feels like you pop the clutch over and over like when learning to drive stick . I heard it might be the fuel pump? I'm stage 2 with high flow cat and now I have a solid check engine light. ALSO: I'm gunna take it to the dealer - should I tell them I have stage 2 when they are diagnosing? Or switch to stick program file and lock out ecu?
