I've got a 118TSI DSG which has been misfiring occasionally when I punch it... normal everyday driving does not cause the issue.
It only happens under hard accel, and only occasionally when I do so.
I've got the following VCG COM error codes along with a temporary engine light that appears:

I've replaced the spark plugs and coil packs (aftermarket ones) and the problem still occurs.. although after I did this it seems to be occuring less often.
Any ideas what the cause could be? I googled and couldn't find any common issues.
I also just finished a oil/filter change. Should I try adding some fuel additive to clean out the injectors?.. Just trying the cheapest options first.
