engine/exhaust gurus:

I'm currently runining an SPM catted downpipe to a Eurojet resonated CBE.... (see sig below)

I've been toying with the idea of swapping the cat-section(both modular) for a test pipe section, just to see any/if differences.....

1- all sound no "go"?
2- are there any benefits (other than louder "growl", I'm assuming) power/torque wise
3- will I throw a code, or will my APR stage II tune(already) take care of that?

will my loud, deeper "SHARTS" return? :D

cheers

1. Better throttle response and slightly better spool time.

2. See 1.

3. No codes thrown.

Idk about the sharts, my car is a manual and therefore potty trained. :D

all "sounds" (no pun intended) good then, worth a shot for shits-n-giggles at $75.... thanks!

Don't forget the extra fumes. Some people are sensitive to that.

I have a catless SPM pipe that I won't be using. Brand new. Shoot me a PM if you're interested.
