New clutch?? That's not a warranty item, and why would a 17k mile car need a new one? (besides the fact it's tuned)

I had do get the dreaded TOB replaced due to slight squealing on cold mornings and they did clutch, flywheel, and bearing as a part of service. While in for that service they realized the also dreaded water pump was leaking so that was replaced as well.
