I received this VW Safety Recall 45F2 in March from Volkswagen Canada relating to the ABS / ESC System on 2009/2010 Models.
If you are having problems with ABS / ESC /TC you should refer to this Safety Recall for Canadian Cars.
I'm NOT sure the Recall number is the same in the USA but it maybe.
