Whistling/ swooshing from exhaust system??

Ready to race!
When I step on the throttle, I hear the deep exhaust note from my 3 inch TBE of course, but also it sounds like there is another higher pitched whistle? Maybe the sound of the turbo spooling coming through the exhaust? I'm still new to the tuning world so maybe you guys can let me know whatever I might be hearing?

Do you have an intake?

You're probably either hearing that or the increased flow through your downpipe...

I get a whistling sound form my downpipe. I just assumed it was the harmonics of the increased flow since I know there isn't a leak.
