Some lambo's come that way actually from what I saw on Top Gear. They have bags to be able to lift themselves high enough to get over speed bumps.
Don't know if the bags are used to slam them to the ground or not, but uh..yeah. they come that way!
That black one looks alright though slammed that low, but that's because lambo's already have a slammed look anyway due to the nature of their sylings...
