hi!

Could you post some more pics how the front tires stretched? I've also got 3sdm 0.06, and plan to install air-ride kit, and i'm looking for new tires at front :p

Sure what pictures are you looking for exactly? It's my son's, he live an hour away but I'm heading there tomorrow. FYI the fenders are rolled as well. :)

Put the Golf away for the winter:
  • Install battery monitor
  • Brake line antifreeze in air management
  • Blocked off Air Intake and exhaust tips
  • Raised on jack stands and air out

Son and I mocked up the MK5 R32 rear brake kit on one side of the car today, realized that additional part are required to complete the install.

1 x 1K0611763E Brake Hose Left Side
1 x 1K0611764L Brake Hose Right Side

2 x 1K0611775C Flex Brake Line

4 x 191611715 Brake Line Clips

Front brakes have be upgraded and we wanted to complete the retrofit by doing the rear brakes

The additional parts have been have been ordered from the local dealer.

Retrofitting my son's 2010 Golf, he purchased the car last summer and the trunk setup was never quite finishing by the previous owner:

Tank will sit on an elevated platform, test fit the platform:

We'll be installing dual compressor in the underfloor complete with windowed floor: (manifold and compressor temporally install to be able to use the car)

Some progress today, cut the window out:

Got the compressors mounted, VW logo installed, bottom floor install in spare tire compartment section, put it all back together so the car can be used. Next step is to get 1/4" aluminum tubing and complete hardlines and bulkheads. Build and install second compressor harness, modify the Airlift harness to the ECU. Remove components, carpet the assemblies and re-install components.
