Yeah I'm not sure if that would be a lot then. We pay more out here in California, but I've heard Jersey is expensive too for property taxes. If it does keep going up though, that's no bueno.

yes. We always have. City of Vancouver also has extra charges depending on the size and number of garbage cans, then the recycling bins are enormous and cheap. Forcing us into being all environmentally responsible....
