I have 2 mk6 golf R”s. One with stop tech slotted rotors with ebc redstuff. I haven’t put more then 10 miles on the set yet.. but I had ebc slotted rotors with the ebc red stuff on my other R and they made a lot of noises and the rotors were defective I think that’s why.. I returned them for stock setup to make sure there was no more noises issues. But I really hope the stoptech rotors with redstuff pads don’t make noises after a proper bed in. I think the redstuff will bite harder but oem are still good breaks for the R..
