Should I buy or is this a red flag?

I found a 2012 GTI with 40k miles on it for 13.5k.

Its a 2 door with sunroof cloth seats manual.

Price is gold but here is what worries me about the car:
He said fender was loose sue to rolling the fenders, which he did because he got adjustable lowering springs.
He just replaced all wheel and tires which makes me think he had this thing dropped with wide tires.
Just replaced turbo under warranty for it making a weird noise.
Also has those stickers along one side that usually indicate he riced the sh*t out of it.

Other than that there's no noticeable damages.

Should I red flag this car from my list or am I over worrying?

PS: never owned a gti so I'm not sure if this is common.

I would continue my search. Sounds like the previous owner probably beat the snot out of it on a daily basis and who knows what else. There are plenty out there on the market. Best to find one that is as close to stock as possible. Good luck! They are very fun cars and great looking to boot.

find a CPO GTI, only way to buy a used one IMO to keep you covered for a little longer and peace of mind for the common issues these things are known to have

I wholeheartedly agree with this ^. That cheap GTI may quickly become a very expensive one.
