Just as a heads up, the GU1R has been discontinued and replaced with the new G30. Essentially the same battery internally, just slightly smaller.

In the OP, I see replacements every 3 years. Was that referring to the OEM going bad every 3 years? I'm still on first OEM since buying my car new late 2013... Going to be 6+ years still on OEM and it starts up like a champ in every condition thus far (also Jersey, lol).
Not a bad replacement thought if it does go bad soon. Just wondering at this point if I would even have the car long enough to justify the price when another OEM could potentially last me another 6+ years...
