I am getting a TPMS warning on the dash. I have checked all the tires manually with a gauge and all are right at 38psi.

Is there a way to reset the TPMS?

Your GTI missed a software update. Take it in and tell the service guy that your TPMS is in need of a software update. Mine had the same issue and there was a service bulliten sent out.

Thanks for the reply. I did read the manual and they way it is displaying indicates a system malfunction and not a low tire. I will take it in later this week.
