just to spite this thread i threw in a bottle of gumout regain yestserday with a full tank of gas. i do a bottle of some additive like that every 10k miles. it was weird because my engine didn't blow up. oh well.

Yes, I had the same idea. That's where the Deposits came from in the first place. There is no where else for the fuel making the deposits to come from. :iono:
