Brake calipers will discolor, will powder coating help?

So the front brake calipers will discolor from red to burnt burgundy when the car is tracked...

So I'm thinking of getting them powder coated in yellow (to be different). Will powder coating prevent discoloration? Or will it just burn up the same? I don't understand what Porsche or AMG did to their calipers since they are perfectly fine after doing track days. I heard that the stock Brembos on EVOs/Subaru STI's also discolor. So what's Porsche and AMG doing differently with their calipers?

The only fool proof way to really prevent discoloring is anodizing. A good quality powder coat will hold up better than paint, but not sure how long it would last.

Stoptech trophy kits are anodized. Aside from that I am not sure who else does it.

Then how does Porsche, AMG, etc. do it? Their calipers never discolor (that I'm aware of).

Usually the porsche brakes are a proper big brake kit which makes the heat disperse a lot faster hence the longer life on the caliper paint. They do discolor still eventually if youre tracking the car hard.
