U-20t's Build Part 2 - Uber MK6 - Big Turbo DSG 4 Motion Swap - Its about going fast

Building the Ultimate GTI the U-20T Way

This is dedicated to my new build on Heidi, every good car needs a name and this is fitting. The reason for this thread is I have already gone through multiple big turbo setups and renditions of my build and I have finally come to a point were I know what I want in this car.


Preface: I am going to try to be more documented and organized than may last build thread. My old build which can be found on the link provided has a ton of good info on water meth injection, big turbos, some wiring and my previous builds

Couple questions for you sir:

Was this daily driven? And how was it driving a FWD with that much power? Ok, one more, was this ever taken to drag strip for 1/4 times?

It was DD'd for 2 year but now I have my mk4 as a daily, FWD has been fine it drives great and easy to drive. Does it spin the wheels yes but will 255s and BT I bet its better than many of the k04s on wheelspin.

No track times but after this Part 2 build I will.

My 1-3 gears will roast tires... but... i have to make it want to roast tires. I drive my 3+ as a DD, 7 days a week in allll weather (including snow). Upside for a BT, it spools up a little slower than a ko4, so its more manageable. Upper rpms when you want it to haul ass, its all there.
