Andisheht3's MK6 GTI Build Thread: Tasteful DBP

Hi, ever since I saw the MK6 GTI in Automobile magazine when it won Automobile of The Year, I've wanted one. When I got my license last year, I was given the family's old 1998 Acura 3.5RL. Finally today, I picked my 2010 6MT GTI. This is going to be a thread for the work done on the car and future mods I would like to do.

Removed the front plate, waiting on paint touchup before I take off the mounting surface

Ran a diagnostic for fault codes today and came up with this:


Will the R8 coil pack swap fix this?

^^ It might. I would take it back to the dealership you bought it from first though and see if they will fix it for free
