SRG is currently seeking an experienced sales professional to fill the business-to-business Account Manager position we have available in our main office headquarters at Summit Point Raceway in West Virginia.

JOB FUNCTIONS:
The Account Management position will focus on B2B sales and support functions for existing dealer and distributor accounts, as well as the prospecting and securing of new relationships for future growth; balancing incoming sales and e-mail leads with a proactive approach to generating new sales and relationship growth through consultative selling, higher value customer service, and superior product knowledge and technical support.
• Quickly respond to telephone and e-mail requests for price quotes, stock checks, provide status updates and product/technical support.
• Receive and process purchase orders; coordinating with Operations department to provide accurate ETA's and set dealer expectations.
• Monitor sales history and patterns to provide product forecasts, as well as identify the demand for new applications and products or applications.
• Work closely with dealers to negotiate discount structures, sales goals, branding and marketing expectations, etc. . . to establish relationships that complement our efforts in specific market segments. provide resolve dealer and customer issues that come into the group over the phone, through e-mail, or through face-to-face interactions.
• Manage communication and product resolution requirements between the Engineering department, and Operations to provider customer support.
• Take leads and direction from program manager to secure new business.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• 4+ years experience in technical sales, preferably business-to-business relationships.
• Previous automotive experience in customer service or technical support role.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be self-motivated with a strong desire for personal achievement and success.
• Knowledge of internet landscape, online forums, social media, etc. . .
• Aftermarket automotive knowledge with VW and Audi tuning is a definite plus.
