Got beta 2.3. It's pretty amazing. Covert Customs on the AL-TN border did a great job. One-man shop, cool guy.

So I picked up a set of Lagunas with scummy plastidip, and I'm considering getting them powdercoated bronze. I've checked with a few shops I found on google, and I could just buy a 3rd set from the dealer for what they're asking. Anyone in the Mk6 community have a hookup on sandblasting / powdercoating around here?

Nice find! Are they in good shape underneath?

Let me know where you end up getting the work done. My Detroits look like absolute crap. It'd be cheaper to buy new wheels than replace them.

My car's suspension creaks and groans more and more each day. Wouldn't mind making it quiet again. Worst is when I start up and the car creeps forward. *grrrr-cruunnkk*(pulls away).

Just passed 90K miles and I don't exactly drive my car like a grandma.

Subframe bolts us what it sounds like. Pretty simple if you can get the car on a lift.

What I've managed to get peeled off is in great shape, so I'll probably skip powdercoating them after all.
