He originally had FK c/os (sorry, I said ST but it is FK he swapped out). He then changed to VWR springs. He's running spacers as well in the below pics.

VWR springs: Site claims 10-15mm front drop and 8-13 rear drop.

H&R claims 3/4" lowering but history shows they do much more than that.

This is true. No one knows why they dont suggest it for AWD/quattro.

I had a ride in arin@apr old k04 gti with the VWR coilovers. Was an EXCELLENT ride with amazing handling.

Candy coated has been running them for a few months. No problems so far. Excellent handling and quite a comfortable ride. I was going to switch but i dont like the rake on the 4dr.... and i want adjustability for a little more low.

I Void Warranties
installed my H&R Sport springs today. picking up the bolts tomorrow for the strut that's supposed to be replaced. everything else is back together.

will take some picks when it settles.

original was 26.25" all around.
