CM FX400 Slipping

So Ive had my FX400 installed for about 5K +/- miles now. I don't track the car or drive it hard at all very often as Im in Boston.. So I average about 20 to 30 mph. That said, it is city driving so a lot of stop and go. The car is APR stage 2, along with some other supporting mods.

Anyways, I drove the car last week on to school, on the interstate with moderate traffic at about 40F. No issues what so ever. Went to drive the car for the first time in a week since the last time, (about the same temp as the before) and I have MASSIVE clutch slip. I can barely give it enough throttle while in 4th to 6th gear to pass or accelerate, with out massive slip.

I was wondering if anyone besides Bender has had a similar issue, or has any idea what could be causing this.

The swap was done by my local VW dealer, so I assume it was done correct, but Ive herd that a clutch fork incorrectly installed could cause this problem..

Thanks for any help.

I have similar mods and had a CM FX400 installed. It lasted only 10K miles and started slipping in cold weather while in stage 2. Daily drive, city, stop & go 14 miles. (I drove hard and 5 track days) The FX400 is not meant for daily driver but for track. (Call CM and ask tech service about it)

Put the ECU tune to stock for the winter and start saving for something else in the future.
