I know I need to get a torque mount insert. Do i only need one of these? and is this the best brand?

There's plenty of info about these if you use the search function. But yes for the price this is one of the best options. More expensive options exist but all depends what you are looking for.

Big issue. Search and read.

How much NVH are you willing to put up with?
Look at the Modshack modified mount....search for it on these forums.
