If they are coming from the UK then likely they are coming from Compomotive... if so you have nothing to worry about they make great wheels. 1552 just became their us distributer in february. they have a long history of making stong wheels for rallying etc. I wouldn't be surprised if 1552 worked with them on the design of the wheel and they sorted out how to engineer it an fabricate it.. there is an article in the august Performance VW where the guys guys tour their facility.
