Badgeless Grill ECS Tuning for mk6 golf (installing experience)

I had the same issue. I told ecs customer service and they shipped me a new free of charge. Same issue on the second one. They claim that they test fit the second one on an employees car but I do no believe that at all. I broke half the lower clips off trying to see if it would ever fit but it just didnt.
