Used Golf pricing input?

So I am in the market for a "new" car a decided that I would try to get a used Golf.

I've seen a couple 2011-2013 golfs run for around $13 with 50k or less miles on them. I've also seen a 2014 certified golf with 37k miles listed for $16k

Would you consider those to be fair priced?
Would the car being certified justify a price increase?

Thanks for any input.

They are all covered by powertrain warranty. I would look for the least molested one and those prices seem pretty good.

I was thinking GTI when you asked the question. Definitely keep looking if you want the base model.

just so you can get an idea.

Im seriously looking at 2011 GTI DSG 4dr with 85kms on it but their sticker price is 19.5 which I feel is way high (dealership not PS). I see a ton of used prices being thrown around the site here, but I'm looking for specifics on this 2011 with 85kms. I feel like 17-18g would be a decent price. Thoughts?
