I originally ordered this from Amazon. Not sure if you'll be able to order that exact model number from somewhere but something similar should work.

I've actually been tempted to install the OEM rain sensor and mirror lately but I don't have the tools needed to grind off the existing mount on the windshield. Nor do I want to pay for a new windshield right now when there's no cracks in the existing one. Maybe I should look into auto electric shops again and see what they'd charge for it.
