I've always loved to drive, and this car makes it a million times more enjoyable.

I do about 2k per month. The SI I had before this for a year started with 39k and I traded it in with 62

I drove 38,000+ last year for work. I love making runs from los angeles up highway 99 and take random farm roads and cruise nicely, people look like at me like I am from space haha

Had my car less than 4 months, and I've put over 10k on it so far. I really don't mind having a long commute, because I really enjoy driving my car.

Just saw a 2004 R32 in amazing condition only 16K miles. That's great and all but it's still only worth about $13,000.

aimlessly driving is why they invented GPS! I just head out somewhere random and when I am good and lost, I hit home, lol

Strongly agree, to each his own I guess. I have a friend with a S2000 that is a pure garage queen, its a Grand Prix white AP1 and only has 6K on it, has all kinds of goodies (Mugen hardtop, Mugen wheels, Mugen exhaust, etc.) So instead of driving that nice roadster he puts around in a beat up Del Sol. Its good on gas though but you gotta live and enjoy the car. Whether its an S2K or a Ferrari, the car should be driven.

I'm not afraid to put miles on my daily drivers, but I also like having a car w/ very low miles. My GLI stays in the garage year round and gets about 500-700 miles on it per year. Basically I take it to work a handful of times and take it out on rips on the back roads now and then. I want to be one of those people who has an insane, pristine enthusiasts car that they've owned since new, 20 years from now.
As far as daily driving goes, I love my 42 mile commute every day. I prefer to be the driver almost all of the time....

I would deliberatly forget items to buy from the grocery store just so I would have an excuse to drive back!

I make sure I am the one who drives when the girl and I go out. Even so, 5 months of ownership and only 4700mi. ..... I do 4 to 5 trips around town per day, but everything is close by.... This car begs to be driven more and more.
