Feeler: 2014 Wolfsburg GTI APR Ko4 DSG

I love the car but I can't get the mk7 golf R out of my head. Im curious on how much I can get for the car as is or is it better and worth while to part out and do a trade in. Im the 2nd owner of the car I've owned since 5k, it now has 46k
I've maintained it every 5-6k miles and I have done the DSG service
It has the following modifications:
Unibrace UB and RB
APR Ko4 v.3.1 ( installed at 31k)
Apr fully loaded ecu ( stock, 91,93,100)
APR Ko4 DSG tune
Apr cast downpipe
Nuespeed charge and hi-flow pipe
Nuespeed FMIC
Fresh tires kuhmo ecsta 4xII (3k)
Ecs flush spaces 10 front,15 rear
Apr pendulum mount
BFI stage 1 engine and transmission mounts + dogbone insert
35% ceramic tint
Unitronic cold air intake
Driver gear lowering springs

I'm asking for 18.5k is that a reasonable price?

I think even with mods, you're reaching for the clouds. Especially since the mk7s are now able to be found under 20k. I would part out, you'll make way more $ that way.
