EVAP Monitor won't set help!

I have a 2011 Volkswagen Gti. Bought stage 2 tune, stage 2 apt intake, eurojet tbe with high flow cat, catch can. I can not pass the Evap test on my car I went back to stage 1 because I could not get the o2 to set and now the problem is the Evap monitor. The cat is disabled right now. How can I get this monitor to set? Plugged into vagcom try to run the test to set it like the o2 sensor and it says abort? Then after to long it throws a cat code and the cel comes on. Need help to get Evap to set please. It use to set when I was stage 2 but not anymore please help me! I need it to set for NY OBD2 emmisons and inspection test.

Were you able to set this monitor? I have the same problem and need to get emissions testing done soon...

Have you checked or replace your N80 valve? They are known to fail.

I have the solution this worked for me last month. I live in NY.

Run 2 o2 SPACERS rai j spacers
Front use small spacer jet
REAR use biggest spacer jet

MAKE SURE YOU DRIVE ON STOCKMODE WITH THIS SETUP FOR AT LEAST 50 MILES.

I used 42 DD spacer for second O2 sensor and 42DD spacer paired with spark plug non-fouler for third O2 sensor. It worked for me for last 3 years on Stage 2 and K04 set ups.

What tune?
