Loose guard - body shop recommend?

The lower exterior guard below the door(not sure what you call it) is kind of loose from the circle highlighted. This pic is just reference. It's not obvious but it is not fully attached upon close inspection. Does anyone know where is best to get this fixed?

Mine has started to separate too. It's actually attached by four or so screws underneath. Once those are undone you can slide it (back I believe) as its on a key slot. Then pull off. Maybe check if the key way screws have come lose. If not you can probably tweak it a little by holding it against the rocker while tightening the screws below the car.
