what are symptoms of failing mounts?

Ive been noticing latey i have been getting a little more vibration at a stop. i have a dsg so its a little more noticeable. i was wondering if my mounts are fatigued. car has almost 66k on it.

My mounts are failing. Im at 110k miles though. It feels like weight shifts when you accelerate or stop. Sounds like a deep seated creak and not so much a squeek. My mechanic showed me where the mounts are moving and causing wear. Look for shiny metal streaks near mounts.
