Strange sound

Hi everyone, I noticed a little strange sound that I can hear when my engine is cold (very cold). I live in Quebec and we had a lot of snow these days... When I started my car on cold start, I hear the sound again, but worst than before.

Anyone know what it could be ? A friend thinks it's a bearing of the alternator.

I have a loud squeak or crickets noise in the belt area aswell. It goes away after ten minutes or so but it sounds god awful. I notice it mostly on damp cold mornings. It could either be bearings, old belt, idler pulleys, possible misalignment. Some say to spray belt with just water and listen if the sound gets better or worsens... they can help determine culprit. Do a little google on fixing belt squeak. I havent gotten to mine yet but the fact it goes away leads me to belive a misalignment because with heat the belt is expanding and makes less difference/noise. I also had a alternator replaced recently so the shop had the belt off...
