Don't replace it, just cut it off and put "s" pipe in. Sounds great, more responsive, and not loud at all during cruise.

Dont wanna thread hijack - but I've been considering doing this to my '13 GLI

Remove the factory suitcase mufflers and resonator(s) and install exactly what you posted a link to.

I already have downpipe installed.

The GLI catback is super restrictive. PM FL Trooper or myself to chat more about this.

This is just an update if anyone was curious or wanted to replicate this setup. I know YouTube videos arent the best but I thought I might as well.

USP Downpipe with custom swedged T304 Midpipe & Bung mated to OEM catback with a reducer. Oem catback has Vibrant resonator replacing the OEM resonator and has retained all OEM mufflers.

I can hear it more on the highway, but it's not droney. Really opens up around 4k, like surprisingly so. I will do a Flyby video when I have a friend.
