Here was my first dyno session on 93 octane fuel and file on APR Stage 1 back in November/December 2010. (I never had a stock baseline :()
Mods at the time:
Carbonio/APR Stage 1 intake, Noisepipe delete, and forge diverter valve spacer.

93 Octane tune: average of 232whp and 267.6wtq

------------------------------------------------------------------------

Fast forward to January and 23 dyno runs later in various gears, as well as 93 and 100 octane fuel and tunes (unleaded 100octane Sunoco 260 GT was used).

The following dyno runs were conducted on a Dynojet Dyno (same dyno as above) at about 53°F and 22% Humidity.

Current installed mods:
APR Stage 2 software, Full Carbonio/APR intake, APR 3" Turbo Back Exhaust, Noisepipe delete, and forge diverter valve spacer.

93 Octane tune: 247.86whp and 275.72wtq (I need to call the dyno shop and get them to send me the file with the Torque curve since it was left off accidentally while printing the graph)

details

------------------------------------------------------------------------

100 Octane tune: average of 262whp and 312wtq

very nice build! any plans on cosmetics? tints, lights, wheels, suspension etc
Thanks.
If it doesn't make me faster, put power to the wheels, or help me stop then it most likely isn't for me with the exception of a few items.

Tint: I hate driving cars with tint, even worse when it rains. Overall just ruins visibility imo. Not to mention, I want people to see the smile on my face as they can't catch up ;)
lights: Euro R LED tails w/ fog as stated in first post (purchased, waiting for shipment). These are to give people behind me something nice to look at while I pull away :D
wheels: I've got a few ideas floating for something custom. Most likely track use only :) We'll see what happens.
suspension: I'm leaning towards KW V2's as stated in first post
brakes: I'm probably going with stoptech
I'll only put my roof rack on if it's actually in use. It's actually still sitting in a box since I bought it last June.

The wire harness clip snapped from the cold while using a screw driver instead of the recommended pick. Too much pressure + brittle plastic from the cold = broken. I put that on when it was 0degrees outside. Only clips I've broken on this car along with some stuff in the center console that I didn't notice existed during the boost gauge install.

Everything is back together and working fine as is. I'm not afraid to post my mistakes so others hopefully won't follow them
It's a learning experience.

The sun visor has a tab where you can easily pull it apart. You have to be careful not to destroy the wiring harness.
Check out the diy for pictures of the wiring: http://forums.vwvortex.com/showthread.php?4791409 If you're afraid to remove the wiring you can remove the sticker while the visor is still attached to the car. Info available somewhere in that thread.

haha thanks. I've been saving up the info for a while now
