1K below invoice in Houston

If anyone thinking of purchasing a GTI is willing to travel to Houston there is a dealer here that offered me $1000 below invoice for any in stock GTI (they had 10 or so). I ended up purchasing elsewhere because they didn't have what I was looking for, but its still a darn good deal. Keep in mind, $1000 below invoice was before I even started negotiating.

I'm not sure of the rules and whatnot, so PM me for the dealer name.

EDIT: I don't work for this dealership, or know anybody that does, just trying to pass along helpful info.

Correct, they show 500 below invoice, but as soon as I sat down I was told 1000 below. 22500 is what I was quoted for 6spd with detroits.

Hey thanks for the tip. I have been shopping around for a 2010 and Archers online prices are the best I have found. I'm hoping to lease a black one in about 2 weeks.
