I'm pretty sure there is a OEM website that has all of the OEM pieces.

I'm unsure if any of the sites I use ship to EU. When I googled mk6 headlight washer cap I was greeted with many options. You could also try the dealership.

I’ve got 2 new ones for that bumper (I think) which I ordered by mistake for my GTi as they’re slightly different sizes, where are you located?

Albania correct??

Are the locating pins (red circles) the same as yours?? If so if you pay me the postage with PayPal I’ll send you them free of charge as I don’t need them, they are new and unpainted.

Pull the washer out from the other side and check the cover is the same!
