Boost Problems

My car takes a bit more build up in 5th to reach peak 26 psi, has yours always easily hit 25 in 5th gear?
Yup no problem. The video essentially shows 5th gear between 3000-3800. I just wanted to show the needle tingling. After that it hits 25-27 psi no problem

So you're just concerned with the needle? It doesn't really seem like a problem to me honestly

Pretty much. I am even thinking that this issue has more to do with the fact that I am at altitude. I don't remember having it when I lived in Chicago

But there was definitely a slight improvement after I changed the pcv and the rear hose

The sound is only audible between 3200-3800. And that's when boost gauge needle tingles.
The camera was mounted on the tow hook, so this is pretty much as good as it can get

Sounds like WG flutter, perhaps your gauge is more sensitive and picking that up and causing the needle to react the same way?

I don't personally like having my WG loose. I tightened mine to 12 psi, but I was having a hard time reaching specified boost too. Also a different turbo. Either way, I don't think it's a real problem. You're hitting your target boost levels, and it looks ok, aside from the needle flutter which doesn't seem like a big deal.
