What I've found online ... a set of OEM Gallardo Calipers + Rotors will set you back around $4,500+. Not including all the other components needed for the swap.

I found a complete used set for sale for $3,000

Gah that's like a 355mm Stoptech kit and stage 3.

And it actually might be too much brake for the master cylinder.
