Looks good, what wheels are those?
Moved down to 17x8 ET40 Motegi MR131 Traklite 235/45 combo yesterday. Got a great deal on them during the last eBay coupon sale.
Loving the improved daily driver feel. Steering feels lighter in a good way and the ride is noticeably improved over the 18x8 ET45 225/40 Neuspeeds I had on prior. One negative is that I have to go in and do the fender screw mod. Not a big deal but despite a bunch of people saying 235/45 17's wouldn't rub without modifications, mine do rub on hard bumps or dips. I'm on DG springs and Koni oranges.
I definitely like the meaty 17's look but still getting used to the bronze on white look. Something is missing to me. Maybe I need black mirrors to go with the black roof? Or maybe I just miss the more stealthy OEM+ look the silver Neuspeeds had going on. Considering selling the bronze to get a silver set of the Traklites even :lol:
Left the center caps off for now. Will probably get a VW vinyl over them before I put them on.
