Why my revs stay stucked on second gear

Hello guys,

I had eurodyne stage 1 on my mk6 and when i accelerated the car from 40 mph , it push me hard on the seat.

Now i changed to eurodyne stage 2, but when y acecelerate the car from 40 mph on second gear, it start to stayed stucked on 7000 rpms and i feel the cars push me less on the seat.

What should i do? Or what is the reason to this?
