NGR Turbo Filter attached to Carbonio air filter top (cut)

I’m basically wanting to attach the NGR turbo filter to the top of an APR carbonio air filter. My idea is to cut out a hole large enough to fit the turbo filter on there.

Thoughts? I have an extra filter so it’s not a big deal if I screw it up. Just thought it would improve air flow through those “closed” flat top carbonio filters.

Sure, I could just get a cone filter, but screw it, this just made sense.

It’s not a restriction. Probably won’t see any noticeable gains. Might get scene points thiugh.

Mostly hoping for bit more turbo spool noise at this point. Thought the piece looked nice too. Saw Hyde running one on his IG and seemed interesting. Already in transit so I’ll post a pic soon. Thanks for the insight.

This really is for anyone running over 350 g/s through the MAF, I would not run one of these on the street daily. There is a street version and a drag/race version which would let too much dust/debris in.
