Is this noise what I think it is

At 105k and pretty sure it’s the turbo but wanted some opinions on it

Has shaft play and I installed the clip which fixed it but now This new noise came up. Also no check engine light is on
The noise was hard to show but if you listen it’s a whine like noise.

I've got good, noise isolating, in-ear monitors and all I can hear is wind over the mic.

I’ll put a better video tomorrow by something that echoes like a fence. It sounded like a high pitched belt squeal but non continuous like those would be.
