Akhhh, tell me about it. The salesperson was showing me the stuff ( how is everything working & ...) , He forgot it's a push start and tried to put the key inside the button. Ended up getting a brand new car with scartches on the button.
I jut thought of something, maybe you can put some transparent tape or something over the button before leaving the car to these guys. Not the best idea, but its better than nothing.
this is pretty common it seems. my new 2013 GTI had 2 scratches on the start button before i even bought it. sales team was so hard line that they said they would not discount the price any lower. that's what you get when you pay below invoice.
