Steering wheel not moving

Hey guys,

Over the weekend my dad and I changed the battery to my car. The car died on Friday, and I swapped battery in saturday. My dad has changed many batteries over the years. When I started the car up I noticed I couldn't turn the wheel at all. With a lot of force it can turn, but the wheels don't.

The car turns on, and can drive straight/reverse. I've searched about this with no luck.

Sounds like the steering rack. I would try disconnecting the battery again for 10 min, then reboot everything you might get lucky.
