2012 GTI P2015 error code

Hi. So my CEL was randomly turning on and off; now its staying on. I checked the codes and its giving me P2015. From what I've read its the manifold, but I read this issue was resolved on post-2011 models?

My car currently has 51k miles and I've scheduled an appointment with my dealership since I have powertrain warranty to 72k miles.

My question is: should this be covered under my power train warranty? If I have to replace it myself can someone link me a good site for the manifold? Also, is there anything I should have them look at while I have it there? (They're going to charge $135 for the diagnosis if they decide it isn't under warranty, so I want to make sure I get my $$ worth.)

Thanks for reading!

There was a warranty extension. Should be covered.

Yes the intake manifold is covered by powertrain warranty.
The warranty extension is only on 2010 and early 2011's.
